Membership questions
Can an administrator change my membership?
Yes. An administrator can manually grant access, change plans, extend the expiry date, suspend access and restore an eligible membership. Each change records a reason.
Does this include human staff?
Human delivery is scoped separately. A staffing request is reviewed before any engagement is agreed.
What happens if my membership expires?
Workspace operations stop. You can still sign in to inspect your membership and contact the administrator.
