Permitted business use
Use only accounts, datasets, websites and channels that you are authorised to use. Respect applicable law, access controls, API conditions and rate limits. Do not bypass a block, rotate identities to evade enforcement, impersonate others, scrape restricted accounts or use stolen credentials.
Responsible prospecting
Identify the actual sender and purpose. Maintain a lawful basis, required notices and any required consent for each audience, country and channel. Public email addresses, medical job titles or LinkedIn profiles do not establish consent or interest in relocation. UK rules differ for corporate subscribers, sole traders and individuals. Check local rules for campaigns in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and other destinations. Include a practical opt-out and stop on objection. Never re-import a suppressed person to defeat their choice.
Prohibited content and decisions
No spam, harassment, fraud, discriminatory recruitment, misleading affiliations, fake testimonials or unlawful material. Do not target minors or process patient, criminal-conviction or special-category data without a separately agreed and lawful service. Do not use the AI to make a solely automated decision with a significant employment or other legal effect. Candidate matches need meaningful human review.
Enforcement
Report abuse to the contact channel shown on your order or account invitation with a URL, message or event reference. We may investigate, preserve proportionate evidence, pause a workflow or restrict access. We consider explanations and appeals through the complaints route. We do not guarantee detection of every misuse.
