AI generates suggestions from supplied context and can omit facts, invent details or misinterpret a request. Research sources may be stale, incomplete or incorrect. Audit findings are limited to the checks actually performed. Missing data is not evidence of compliance, quality or business performance.

Review and authority

Check outputs before relying on them. Define your audience, permitted facts, spending limits and approved replies. Automatic messages operate within the approved workflow and may still need correction. Binding commercial terms, hiring and professional decisions require human authority. An email code records access to an address and acceptance evidence; it does not establish every aspect of identity or a qualified electronic signature.
