Our approach

We aim to make UnionRelay understandable and usable with keyboard navigation, labelled forms, responsive layouts and readable contrast. Automated and selected browser checks have been performed, but no independent WCAG conformance audit has been completed. We do not claim full compliance or that every screen works with every assistive technology.

Known limitations and help

Long tables, dense workflow screens, modal dialogues, generated reports and external provider pages may require further accessibility work. Report the page, task, browser and assistive technology to the contact channel shown on your order or account invitation. We will investigate, prioritise barriers and discuss a reasonable alternative way to obtain the service.
